Dining is an essential part of our lives. In modern society, it is not just about obtaining energy but also plays a significant role in our social lives.

Our dining experiences are strongly influenced by various environmental factors, including the design of dishes, dining room ambiance, lighting, music, aroma, and more. We aim to explore the relationship between dining experiences and these environmental elements to uncover the underlying mechanisms.

Color of drinking glass

This study investigates the relationship between the color of LED-lit cocktail glasses and the perceived taste of the beverages they contain. As taste stimuli, salty, sweet, sour, and bitter flavors are used, while red, blue, and green serve as color stimuli. The analysis examines how differences in glass color influence the intensity of taste perception based on the results of participant experiments.
